• Merchandise sales are final once the product leaves the studio.

• Used, worn, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Giordano’s ATA Martial Arts reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misconduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of studio policies.

• Martial arts training involves physical activity and inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• Giordano’s ATA Martial Arts is not liable for injuries or damages sustained while participating in classes, events, or related activities.
